A/R stands for Auto Return.

A/R 1

If the alarm position is left as it is for approximately one minute, the normal position will automatically return.

A/R 2

If any setting position is left as it is for approximately one minute, the normal position will automatically return.

A/R

The timer setting position will be displayed for 5 seconds after the time is up.

OS2

For setting, press the S2 button each time. If the S2 button is pressed and held for 1.5 seconds, the number or the digit is advanced quickly.

OS4

If the S4 button is pressed during normal position, the watch goes to the setting position.

OS4

For setting the timer, press and hold S4 for 1.5 seconds, the numbers will advance quickly.
