If your Roots watch requires service or repair follow the steps below:
Wrap your watch carefully: Wrap and package your watch carefully to protect it during mailing. Do not include your gift box as it cannot be returned to you. We encourage you to send your package certified, insured or through a traceable means of shipping, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen package.
Include your contact information: Include your name, complete address, and daytime phone number, fax number or email address along with a brief description of the service required.

You may be contacted by our service representative for any additional information to allow us to process your request, or if there are any service charges.
Enclose a copy of your sales receipt: Include a copy of your sales receipt or credit card voucher clearly showing the purchase date of your watch.
Enclose shipping & handling: Enclose a credit card number (Visa or Mastercard only), cheque or money order payable to Cosmoda Corporation to cover return shipping and handling as follows (this is not a repair charge):
